Baked french toast with blueberry sauce and strawberries.

Looks delicious!! Having spent Independance Day in the US in years gone by, it feels odd not to be a part of the festivities in years I can't make it over.
I had the lamest of all celebrations, I wore a US shirt and watched the 4th of July Fireworks from Disneyland on YouTube and played my 'American' playlist ( the one I always play en route to the airport when I'm heading over).
